Privacy Policy

LemonOps is built privacy-first. We do not run analytics and we do not track you. Your Lemon Squeezy store data stays on your device. The only information held on our server is what you explicitly create when you choose to use the optional account features — and you can delete it anytime.

Who we are

LemonOps ("the app") is an independent, third-party mobile and desktop app developed by zincirx ("we", "us"). It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Lemon Squeezy. For any privacy question, contact said81nadeem@gmail.com.

What we collect

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind:

• No analytics or usage telemetry.
• No advertising identifiers and no third-party ad or tracking SDKs.
• No IP logs and no behavioral profiles.

The app works fully without an account. If you choose to create one (see "Optional account" below), we store your email address and the content you create with the account features. That's it.

Your Lemon Squeezy API key

To show your store data, the app needs your Lemon Squeezy API key. This key is stored encrypted on your device only — in the iOS Keychain on Apple devices and the Android Keystore on Android. The key never leaves your device except to talk directly to Lemon Squeezy's own API over HTTPS. We never see it, receive it, or store it on any server.

Your store data

Order, customer, subscription, and revenue data is fetched directly from the Lemon Squeezy API to your device and displayed there. It is not sent to us and is not persisted on any server we control. When you are offline, the app shows the last data it synced locally on your device.

Optional account & growth features

LemonOps offers optional account features (sign in with a one-time code sent to your email) that unlock customer notes, segments, scheduled reminders, and a public storefront page. These features sync across your devices, so the data you create with them is stored on our server (a Cloudflare D1 database). Specifically, when you use them we store:

• Your email address and a session token, so you can sign in and sync.
• Notes, tags and segments you attach to your customers. We store the note text and tags plus the Lemon Squeezy customer ID they belong to — not the customer's personal details.
• Scheduled reminders (campaigns) you create — their title, timing, and your note.
• Storefront content you publish — your chosen handle, bio, and the product details you select to display.
• Leads — email addresses that visitors voluntarily submit through your public storefront's "notify me" form, stored for you, the storefront owner.
• Activity history — webhook events from your store (e.g. a sale or refund) are stored so the app can show an activity feed and a daily summary even when your device is off. Older entries are pruned automatically.

This data is yours. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes. Email for leads is collected only with the visitor's action of submitting the form.

Push notifications

If you enable real-time sale alerts, Lemon Squeezy webhook events are forwarded to your device through a stateless relay (a Cloudflare Worker). This relay forwards the notification and does not persist webhook payloads or store any of your data. Delivery uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM); only the anonymous device push token required to route a notification is handled.

Third-party services

• Lemon Squeezy — your data source; governed by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy.
• Apple / Google — app distribution and push delivery (APNs / FCM).
• Cloudflare — hosts the push relay and the database (Cloudflare D1) used for the optional account features and activity history.
• Hostinger — sends the one-time sign-in code email when you choose to create an account.

Data retention & deletion

Your Lemon Squeezy API key and synced store data live only on your device — delete the app or disconnect the store in Settings to remove them. For the optional account data on our server: sign out to stop syncing, clear notes/storefront content from within the app, or email us at said81nadeem@gmail.com to delete your account and all associated data. Activity-history entries are pruned automatically over time.

Children

LemonOps is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and publish the revised version at this URL.
