By downloading or using LemonOps, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The app

LemonOps ("the app") is an independent, third-party mobile and desktop application that lets a Lemon Squeezy merchant view and manage their own store data from their device. It is developed by zincirx ("we", "us"). It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Lemon Squeezy. "Lemon Squeezy" is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. License

When you download LemonOps from the App Store or Google Play, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the rules of the store you got it from. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.

Everything the app shows or does through the Lemon Squeezy API — orders, subscriptions, customers, products, license keys, discounts, affiliates, refunds and sale alerts — is free. The analytics LemonOps computes on top of that data (currently Insights, the renewal calendar and Recovery) require LemonOps Pro, described in section 6.

3. Your account & credentials

You are responsible for your Lemon Squeezy account and API key, and for keeping them secure. The app stores your API key encrypted on your device only (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). You are responsible for any actions taken in your Lemon Squeezy account through the app, including any refunds or subscription changes you confirm.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only with Lemon Squeezy stores you are authorized to access, and in compliance with Lemon Squeezy's own terms and all applicable laws. You may not use the app to access data you do not own or have permission to manage.

5. Mutations (refunds & cancellations)

The app is read-only by default. Actions that change your store — such as issuing refunds or pausing/cancelling subscriptions — are disabled by default and gated behind an explicit confirmation. When you enable and perform such actions, you do so at your own discretion and responsibility. These operations are executed against the Lemon Squeezy API and are subject to Lemon Squeezy's rules and irreversibility.

6. LemonOps Pro subscriptions

LemonOps Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown in the app before you confirm.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, and we never see your payment details.
• Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless you cancel it. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. On Google Play, cancel before the renewal date.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays available until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Price changes. If the price changes, Apple or Google will notify you as their rules require, and where they require it the new price applies only after you agree to it.
• Earlier buyers. If you bought LemonOps on the App Store while it was a paid download, LemonOps Pro is included for as long as you have the app, at no extra charge.

7. Refunds

Refunds for purchases and subscriptions are handled under the App Store's or Google Play's refund policy. If LemonOps Pro is not right for you, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will help you request a refund; the decision on any store-originated refund rests with Apple or Google.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the app and the push relay working, but we provide no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on the Lemon Squeezy API, push services (APNs / FCM), or network connectivity may be affected by those third parties.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying critical store actions through Lemon Squeezy directly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app and any LemonOps Pro subscription in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, published at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
